Rental Policy
(Tables, Chairs, Chafers, Popcorn Machine and Cotton Candy Machine)
RENTING
POLICIES: All charges are for equipment delivered,
regardless if it was used or not.
LOSS
OR DAMAGE: Responsibility for equipment remains
with the customer from delivery to pick up. Please be sure equipment
is secured when not in use and protected from weather. Replacement
charges are made for missing, damaged or broken items. Damages
incurred resulting from customer loading equipment is customer's
responsibility.
DELIVERY & PICKUP FEE:
A delivery fee is charged. All equipment must be ready for pickup
at a single location. Tables and chairs should be folded and
stacked ready for pick up in a protected area. Delivery will
be done the day before the event unless other arrangements are
made with management. Pick up will be the day after the event
unless other arrangements are made with management.
SETUP & TAKE DOWN:
Setup and takedown of the equipment will be done by the customer.
The customer shall clean and neatly prepare the chairs and tables
for pick up.
CANCELLATIONS:
Cancellations for rental items should be done five (5) business
days prior to delivery date.
