Pick up of units begin at 6:30 p.m. and its based on location.

Bounce-a-Roos
Party Inflatables, LLC provides our customers with
a quality service to create a party your guests will remember
for years to come. We are committed to reaching that goal on a
daily basis and we look forward to speaking with you to see which
of our rentals would be appropriate for your affair.
We
have pricing structures depending on your rental. All of our standard
rentals are all day and additional time is available for a small
fee. Our prices include setup, delivery and removal of the contracted
units.
For
all inflatable rentals we must have direct access to where the
inflatable will be setup. Due to the nature of these inflatables
and the fact they weigh 200lbs or more, stairs, drastic drops
and small openings are not condusive for delivery. The bounce
houses need at least a 16' wide by 18' long area for adequate
access to the inflatable. The combos need at least 17' by 22'
long for adequate access to the unit.
Most
units utilize one blower which requires a 15-amp circuit. The
blower runs continuously during your event. We also include up
to 100' of extension cords.
DELIVERY
FEE:
We
charge a $25.00 delivery fee.
DEPOSIT
POLICY:
Deposit:
We require $25.00 deposit to hold your reservation. You may pay
your deposit with a debit or credit card or by mailing a check or money
order.
Final Payment: You pay the remaining balance upon
delivery of your unit by cash or check. If you wish to pay your balance
with a credit or debit card you may do so the Friday prior to
your event. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CREDIT OR DEBIT PAYMENT ON THE DAY
OF THE EVENT.
CANCELLATION
POLICY:
We
require that you contact us with a cancellation within 48 hours
of your event. Note that your $25.00 deposit will not be refunded unless the cancellation is due to bad weather.
INCLEMENT
WEATHER :
We
will provide you with a full refund for cancellation due to inclement
weather. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL
A RESERVATION (WITH A FULL REFUND OF DEPOSIT) IF WE DETERMINE
THAT THE WEATHER IS A SAFETY ISSUE FOR OUR EMPLOYEES, PARTICIPANTS
OR HARMFUL TO THE EQUIPMENT IN ANYWAY.
OUR
RENTAL POLICY, DELIVERY FEE, CANCELLATION POLICY AND INCLEMENT
WEATHER CLAUSE APPLIES TO ALL RENTALS.
